Milliken corporate may be in Spartanburg however, Pendelton s.c is home of not 1 but 2 production facilities. Both of which were the top producers of 2019. I spent 10 years working at the Pendelton finishing plant and enjoyed every minute of it. the administration there are tops. Milliken headquarters can learn a lot from this plant as the morale there is outstanding. I am proud to say i was part of the team for 10 years until I retired in 2022. the way the managers take care of the workers is exemplary from the plant manager to the department supervisors. I hope corporate will take the time, learn how they do things and duplicate it throughout the company. In all of my 65 plus years in the work force this plant is the best place I have ever worked for .
