I wouldn’t worry about the gold Kmart prime. The gold on him isn’t affected by GPS. The elbows are weak as the normal one is. But the elbows are not weak due to GPS they are just designed somewhat poorly. I’ve had Kmart prime for years and have transformed him tons of times.
Nice! Really hope we end up getting updated versions of Jetfire, Overload, Tidalwave, Red Alert, Scavenger, Demolisher, Cyclonus, Smokescreen, Sideways, Thrust, He Who Shall Not Be Named, their minicons, and the 3 minicon weapons.
Also your wish for a powerlinx Hot Shot came true, and there's already a leaked listing for an Armada Galvatron next year! Also it hasn't been revealed or leaked yet but with the recent Shattered Glass Sideswipe that was clearly based on Armada Wheeljack and even came with his minicon (Just like the original Botcon Shattered Glass Sideswipe) it's only a matter of time until we get a new Armada Wheeljack.
Armada Megatron is fantastic. Can’t believe I found a complete one.
If we're talking show accurate versions, I probably have about 65-70% of the Armada line of unique Armada figures from this line only. I got every base Mini-Con pack as well.
Super cool to see all of them in one place though with all the variations, repaints, and remolds of other lines remade in the Armada line.
As soon as I have the funds, I will try and get Starscream, Sky Warp (mainly for his Mini-Con), Tidal Wave, Scavenger, Super Base Optimus Prime, Overload, and Jetfire. Later on, maybe some of the Mini-Con repaints, Powerlinx versions, Nemesis Prime, Galvatron, Thundercracker, and Beast Machine Remolds/Repaints in Armada.
I have almost the same collection, its complete if you don't count the role play toys like the swords and laserbeak. I also have expanded to getting the armada molds that appeared in different lines such as energon, cybertron, and universe as long as they had color differences like red alert as inferno and prowl

Was there ever a show accurate color scheme for Tidal Wave? I used to have him in his multi-color version, but thought I missed out on the black, because if I recall correctly, they had their OG color run first, then the 2nd colors only after a while.

I have the Gold Prime and yes he have GPS his elbow broke as soon a bend it for transformation

Hi! I have a question and was hoping to get my answer here. Does Optimus suffer from GPS? I know it's extremely common for his elbows and antennas to brake and they are both gold plastic. I tried to get an answer in some forums etc but some say yes, others no...
Can anyone tell me if it's just bad engineering or GPS?
Since you have Armada and Micron versions of some of the toys you could do some videos highlighting the differences between the 2 releases of 1 figure. Kinda like how you did with super base prime and convoy!

I'm not sure which ones youre talking about, I think you're talking about Optimus from 2007, and scorponok either from the same line or Energon. These are all Armada
