DJ Paul sat down with VladTV to discuss his latest project, Underground, Vol. 17 - For da Summa, which is a continuation of the Volumes that he released prior to Three 6 Mafia. He also spoke about putting his brother Lord Infamous' last verse before his death on the album, and later in the interview DJ Paul revealed that he signed Lord Infamous' son and his other nephew in a group called Seed of Six.
During the sit-down, DJ Paul also addressed the possibility of a Three 6 Mafia reunion, his relationship with Juicy J, and why he was smart to own all of his publishing.

Cheddar323 holy fucking shit i just shit myself laughing
Cheddar323 both dj paul brothers died. Lord infamous and the other one
One of DJ Pauls brothers was Craig Petties druglord/leader of GDs in Memphis.
Core Drummond hes really his nephew Lord infamous mom is dj paul sister
lol whats up bro lol
Three 6 Mafia is the Wu-Tang of the south and Mystic Styles is its 36 Chambers
MJ Laws i swear ima big fan of em both...neva though bout it like dat
dj paul was much more prolific if you can even believe against wu?? tru tho
cocaine does absolutely bautiful musical things to pauls head
absolutely.
I have to admit that first album comparison is pretty accurate
3 Six Mafia was my shit growing up, Late Night Tip still gets play🔥
That Nigga Ghost oh yeah most definitely bro
Project pat as well! They don't get enough appreciation, Project pat- let dem golds shine
That Nigga Ghost I jist listened to that a few days ago
That Nigga Ghost in early 2000 i remember listening to 3 6 mafia all the time.
That Nigga Ghost" im not the type to get involved in long relationships, take trips and buying ya gifts, im sorry im not on that tip"
My nigga Paul done lost weight💪💪💪 #healthyliving
He looks good
Yeah cut sugar off from his life.
S.O.V. The Dark King well he never was fat just slimmed down dummy
Andre Ingram with that fux shit you just posted I can tell you're no real 36 fan And the word "fat" was never in my comment ignorant fux
He not healthy. This an old dude with zits.
When I was kid, my dream car was a bubble body caprice. I would imagine myself bump'n some Project Pat or Playa Fly. Take me back to the early 2000's. Such a simpler time
nolimit5oldier trust me I know the feeling...
Broooooo me too. Frfr
real Memphis shit
nolimit5oldier lol bubble body? never heard that term. We call em round bodies here in the south.

- "Not really man, not really. Because you want it to be right."
Difference between a man who's in love with his art and a man who's in love with money.
GuiltyClown exactly
GuiltyClown unlike juicy j...
GuiltyClown hell yeah. And peep what he said about the million dollars. "I'd rather get it over a few years instead of up front". That's what greedy ppl don't understand, getting over a long period is better because you always got money coming in, and it's not taxed as hard. Slow big money is always better than fast big money.
Plus he got money he Def not starving so he don't need to jump on that check
Check out Seed of 6ix
He low-key responsible for all these lean addicts but he still a fucking legend tho. Respect.
Nope, rappers from Houston low key is the reason why check your history
Both of y'all are right in a way...The first time I ever heard about lean was 2000 sippin on sizzurp by 3-6 so we was aware of it up but didn't start partaking until we got hip to Houston's chopped n screwed movement. Beanie Sigel said they were leaning in Philly before Houston lol
Winnie Gere sipping on sizzurp was huge and brought lean to mainstream media Houston was the first ones sipping but it was underground. You should do your research
Winnie Gere I'm From Memphis So I Can Say Its Houston & Memphis Naw You Need To Check Yo History....Houston & Memphis Is Like Kobe & Shaq.....UGK & Three 6 Was Always Together And Working And Sippin
responsibility starts with self
Thank God Dj Paul is still making music, I'm always a fan of the KOM , such a real ass man. And a funny ass personality. Long live DJ DJ DJ Paaauuul.

Does Any One Remember ''Who Run It''
By Three 6 Mafia Back In The Day?
My first memory of Three 6 was Tear Da Club Up. This was back before the internet era of rap. Someone from school would play a cassette of Live By Yo Rep and Devil's Playground. Just the underground style of Three 6 back then felt mystical. That is the main thing I miss about older rap music. Before the internet made everything accessible artists like Three 6 had like a secret aura about them. Like you would hear their tapes from a friend and it felt like mysterious.
My stepdaughter shes 4 she runs around singing it
Randall Richardson that’s not that far back
That's still a banger
say this today lol
The most underappreciated producer ever !

I'm not a fan of 3 six Mafia (or southern rap in general), but what they were able to accomplish independently is just incredible. They built a fan base from the ground up, & bypassed all the corporate Bullshit that ruins the rap game today. You have to give these guys thier respect for doing it on thier own terms. They make WAY more cash than any of these dudes on a major label.
