Cheddar Models Pintail Vertical Steam Plant

Cheddar Models Pintail vertical marine steam plant. The Pintail is a V-Twin oscillating steam engine with a bore of 8mm, and a stroke of 11mm. The boiler is gas fired and has a working pressure of 45psi. The Pintail is capable of turning a 2.5" (65mm) propeller, and will drive a boat weighing about 9kg.

There's a chap in the USA who uses a very similar plant to mix Margheritas!

This reminds me - one of my fellow Midwestern US live steamers has a Cheddar demo plant, complete with water tank - it has since been reworked into the first steam-driven margarita machine.

I’ve got this engine but it’s mounted to an odd drive shaft. It was my grandfathers who passed away recently and I’d like to get it running. Do you have an email or something that I could send some photos to for you to give me some guidance?
