For some reason, it seems like I remember the Ipsy Plus boxes being better before. For awhile they were blowing Boxycharm out of the water. It feels like Ipsy is becoming complacent.
I agree, it's mostly because it's now open to all. They probably only put it out to a small few, one to get the word out and two to build enough money to keep the subscription open. Now that they are again releasing it, it's going to take a few months for them to build in money. I'm sure the boxes will get better again, at least I hope so!
My May boxycharm box was a huge disappointment. I received products for someone with a darker complexion. Am seriously considering switching to Ipsy plus.

I save all of the foam from my beauty boxes and use it to do quick cleanups of my brushes. I always try to remember to give that tip in my unboxings. Works like a charm.

oh Go-To Face Hero is AMAZING!!! You literally only need 3-4 drops for your face and neck though - the amount you used would have been enough for at least 5 uses - the company is Australian, so i might be a little biased but I think it is THE BEST company and the descriptions on their website are super funny too - they also have a Bro-To range for the boys :)
I love your eyeshadow looks! Eyeshadow always gives me anxiety, so even though I buy different shades, I always go back to the same eyeshadow trio I've used since high school 🤦🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️

I actually use those scratchy foam inserts as a color switch all the time. I bought a cheap color switch knock off and while it does clean them faster, if you take a min the foam works just as well. Especially on the pointy side. Also I love the way you look in the scarf. You’ve got a really good face so having your hair pulled back like that looks super attractive.
I am always baffled (but amused) by how much makeup you end up with on your hands when you put something on with your fingers. You're by far my favorite youtuber just because of your wonderful personality. ♥
The eyeshadow palette is beautiful and that mascara is actually my favorite type of wand. Very similar to the physicians formula one I love!! I love that you are so normal and relatable and not afraid to be you. Keep up the fantastic content!!
It seems like getting the normal sub and choosing add ons each month is the better deal. This month I got a finishing powder, 2 sheet masks, blending brush, pixi skindrink, and setting spray. Then I added a heat protecting spray and benefit mascara for 3 bucks each. I'm pretty happy with what was in the bag to begin with and adding on extra things that I chose was great. I always kind of love when you put eyeshadow on because I know the struggle of not being able to see what you're doing without glasses lol it always turns out looking great though so hats off to you!!
My life is a shit show of depression, losses (my 2 month old nephew passed from SIDS 6 days ago and my niece (his mom) took her life right after) so things having been nothing but sad, lots of tears and nerves. I have a 3 month old grandson so now I'm scared to death I want him to live with me and I'll never sleep until he passes the safe zone. My point is I haven't laughed or smiled in what seems like a lifetime and then I click ur video and u just do u and be amazingly funny and I cant help but laugh and smile. So THANK YOU For Being U. It’s nice to know I’m not the only one who’s had problems with illamasqua. I used their mascara and within minutes my eyes were sore and watering like crazy! Never had that problem with any other mascara brand!
I’m not sure how I feel about this month’s Ipsy. I got most of the same products you got. I didn’t get the mascara, I got a face moisturizer. That and the face oil, the lip pencils, lipgloss and eyeshadow palette. I guess it’s fine. I’m not blown away by it either. Love you

You are such a natural clutz and I say that in the nicest way.. it makes watching you so much more enjoyable when I am literally laughing from beginning to end! I too was not thrilled about my GBP this month.. the past 4 month's boxes I received were wayyyyy better.. I'm really hoping this was just a fluke and not going to be the norm now that they opened the GBP open to everyone.. the brand names were more high end the last few months compared to this month.. hopefully June's box will be better.. for all of us! This was my first ipsy glam bag plus and there was some hits and misses but I did get a couple things I love like creamcicle lotion. So happy you showed me how I can use that pallete cause wow those are some colors.
I got my box today and I actually love it! I got the shadow and mascara in mine as well and I am LOVING the Wander Beauty pallette. The mascara us nice but almost too light weight to curl the lashes.
I was SURPRISINGLY really impressed with the Wandress Seascape palette and the tokyomilk lip gloss in my unboxing. I also got the lip liners but I don't use them so I'm giving them away
I am almost 59 years old I just LOVE you. You seem to be the sweetest thing. I think the eye look looked 100% better after you fixed it. But the mascara looks like it applied well and the lips stuff definitely didn't match the eyes. TFS! I really enjoyed it.
That blue foam could be nice for swirling brushes around to get eyeshadow off of them in between shades 😅🤷 would probably be better than being like me and using your pants 😅🤣

I’ve been subscribed to Ipsy for about 3 years and just upgraded to the box. I’ve had 6 months of boxy charm. I prefer Ipsy in general because it doesn’t seem like boxy charm takes my beauty profile preferences into consideration. Ipsy seems to have more variation in products person to person. I think Ipsy has a better website/mobile app for shopping and reviewing that’s more user friendly. The new add ons are also cool too.

I wasn't real happy about this months box but I am super excited about June's bag/box. I'm trying to keep myself from making 10 different accounts to try & get those bags & different products. I'm oooollllldddd so tetris was the bomb when I was growing up, everybody had the tetris gameboy! So fingers crossed I get some good stuff!!
This wasn’t a wow box, but what I got was functional and usable. What I really appreciate about Ipsy is that when they send you a lip liner (which I actually really NEEDED) they send you 2! The eye palette is really pretty and summery. And I really like the primer that I got so far, still need to play with it. I don’t mind a functional but boring box every so often, so long as it’s boring stuff I can use. Next month will be more exciting.

I don't know and I may be the only one, but I did enjoy my box this month! Instead of the tokiomilk I recieved 3 glam glow bubble sheet masks. And I love recieving sheet masks ( no more than brushes though) and love moisturizers or face oils since my skin is on the dry side. I enjoy make up but also skin care stuff. And also was so excited to get the il makiage mascara because of your video where you received a box from them and you seemed to like it so, I was happy with it all. Like you've mention before, if someone receives just one box it might be more exciting than to you because you receive so many🙂
I get the regular Ipsy. Kinda want to upgrade but so far none of the boxes over the past few months have been exciting to me 😞 also be careful with the regular Ipsy bags. Glitter gets everywhere!

I am almost 59 years old I just LOVE you. You seem to be the sweetest thing. I think the eye look looked 100% better after you fixed it. But the mascara looks like it applied well and the lips stuff definitely didn't match the eyes. TFS! I really enjoyed it.
That blue foam could be nice for swirling brushes around to get eyeshadow off of them in between shades 😅🤷 would probably be better than being like me and using your pants 😅🤣

I’ve been subscribed to Ipsy for about 3 years and just upgraded to the box. I’ve had 6 months of boxy charm. I prefer Ipsy in general because it doesn’t seem like boxy charm takes my beauty profile preferences into consideration. Ipsy seems to have more variation in products person to person. I think Ipsy has a better website/mobile app for shopping and reviewing that’s more user friendly. The new add ons are also cool too.
I'm struggling so bad trying to eyeshadow! Would you consider doing a tutorial on how you do eyeshadow? You always do it so beautiful!! I would be so grateful!

I wasn't real happy about this months box but I am super excited about June's bag/box. I'm trying to keep myself from making 10 different accounts to try & get those bags & different products. I'm oooollllldddd so tetris was the bomb when I was growing up, everybody had the tetris gameboy! So fingers crossed I get some good stuff!!
This wasn’t a wow box, but what I got was functional and usable. What I really appreciate about Ipsy is that when they send you a lip liner (which I actually really NEEDED) they send you 2! The eye palette is really pretty and summery. And I really like the primer that I got so far, still need to play with it. I don’t mind a functional but boring box every so often, so long as it’s boring stuff I can use. Next month will be more exciting.
That is literally me putting on makeup, hands covered in eyeshadow for some inexplicable reason and eyeliner or mascara inside my eyes 😂 love your videos!!!
I don't know and I may be the only one, but I did enjoy my box this month! Instead of the tokiomilk I recieved 3 glam glow bubble sheet masks. And I love recieving sheet masks ( no more than brushes though) and love moisturizers or face oils since my skin is on the dry side. I enjoy make up but also skin care stuff. And also was so excited to get the il makiage mascara because of your video where you received a box from them and you seemed to like it so, I was happy with it all. Like you've mention before, if someone receives just one box it might be more exciting than to you because you receive so many🙂

I get the regular Ipsy. Kinda want to upgrade but so far none of the boxes over the past few months have been exciting to me 😞 also be careful with the regular Ipsy bags. Glitter gets everywhere!
Ipsy must have had a decent selection this month. I got the same mascara and palette but my other products are different. I received 3 Glam Glow bubble masks, an Yensa primer, and a Nudestix
