My daughter shared this video/song with me… and what perfect timing. God is so faithful to bring encouragement at just the right time. Thank you ladies 💗
Heather, it is with great excitement that I be the FIRST to this musical message all the affirmation I can muster. The vocal blend is top shelf and the orchestration, tho simple, was a wonderful bridge and gave the listener a safe haven from outside noise. The solo violinist [KATIE (FOTO) BERRY] and the ''invisible'' cello [GAYLYN FOTO ] had such a soft mellow tone. Whoever sang the alto [DEANNA PETERSON? ] really got me sitting up to listen closer to her part. Each singer gave a "visual" reference to the words---almost as much as the words themselves (The member with the glasses looks new to the Foreverbesure family). So now I listen daily "At the sight of Crimson Red" to get me pumped in the morning and now I can listen to "Carry Me, Father" as I close out each day. Heather, thank you and congratulations on another winning song.
A great song of encouragement ... A beautiful delivery with tight harmonies ...We are safe and secure when when HE carries us in His strong arms of love.
This is so beautiful 🥲❤ you are so talented, Heather. As are all the ladies in Forever Be Sure. I was lucky enough to be introduced to your group last Sunday at my church here in Santa Maria, CA! Thank yall SO MUCH for coming and singing for us. I was recently born again and have found my faith and started attending church regularly, and when I heard your concert, I felt the Holy Spirit in my heart and soul. It was such a blessing to hear. Thank you ❤ I'm "Forever your fan," and sister in Christ :)
Such sweet encouragement, Katrina! What a JOY to hear you've recently been born again ~ PRAISE GOD!! I love your comment about the Holy Spirit... I've definitely seen on these tours how those who have God Himself living inside of them "feel" the connection with the truths we sing. That is a work of God!
I love the words about the waves that threaten to carry me away. It reminded me of a few passages from one of my favorite devotional books on the life of Jesus; He has waves of mercy for the world's waves of wrath. Wonderful had been the long-suffering of Jesus in His dealing with this tempted soul. Nothing that could be done to save Judas had been left undone. After he had twice covenanted to betray his Lord, Jesus still gave him opportunity for repentance. By reading the secret purpose of the traitor's heart, Christ gave to Judas the final, convincing evidence of His divinity. This was to the false disciple the last call to repentance. No appeal that the divine-human heart of Christ could make had been spared. The waves of mercy, beaten back by stubborn pride, returned in a stronger tide of subduing love. Desire of Ages 655.1 Standing behind Pilate, in view of all in the court, Christ heard the abuse; but to all the false charges against Him He answered not a word. His whole bearing gave evidence of conscious innocence. He stood unmoved by the fury of the waves that beat about Him. It was as if the heavy surges of wrath, rising higher and higher, like the waves of the boisterous ocean, broke about Him, but did not touch Him. He stood silent, but His silence was eloquence. It was as a light shining from the inner to the outer man. DA 726.3 Peter had to deal with waves, too: When trouble comes upon us, how often we are like Peter! We look upon the waves, instead of keeping our eyes fixed upon the Saviour. Our footsteps slide, and the proud waters go over our souls. Jesus did not bid Peter come to Him that he should perish; He does not call us to follow Him, and then forsake us. “Fear not,” He says; “for I have redeemed thee, I have called thee by thy name; thou art Mine. When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee. For I am the Lord thy God, the Holy One of Israel, thy Saviour.” Isaiah 43:1-3 DA 382.1
It’s crazy how God works. I almost always get notified when you post a new video, but I was on vacation in an area where there was no Internet. I have been back several days but this morning I was meditating on Isaiah 40:11, “ He shall feed his flock like a shepherd: He shall gather the lambs with his arm, and carry them in his bosom, and shall gently lead those that are with young.”, and this popped up. What a blessing!❤️❤️❤️
