If you downloaded a program called, "Advanced System Repair Pro," this is what is causing the issue you're having. I was getting this same error message today. Only when I thought of, "what has changed since the last time everything worked correctly?" I thought of installing this program the night before. Right after I un-installed it thru the control panel did everything start working correctly. I mean, right after this program was gone did all of my programs that wouldn't open start to work correctly again. Hope this helps.

if this doesnt work you need to disable core isolation in settings and restart, then enable it again if it worked and keep it enabled, this is how i managed to play the game because none of the other methods worked for me
