Women, mothers, ladies, the backbone of our society for generations and centuries. Thank you for all of the hard work past then and today. Mending, washing up, laundering, cooking, caretaking of the children. Unimaginable effort still not properly recognised to this day, so sick that some deny it. Thank you, thank you for you hard work and hardship!

Grew up in the 90s handwashing our own clothes. We used to leave our white shirts to soak in soap overnight.

The woman working her ass off while the men sit around drinking. Yeah, 1900s alright.

Invention of the washing machine liberated women.

I can imagine a woman's work is never done in one day. They work from dusk to dawn and even after.

I find it ridiculous that you would portray men in the 1900s as lazy compared to their wives

It’s a thousand times easier to blame men, that’s unfortunately the reality in the modern age. Women knows this and use it to their advantage whenever it pleases them. 🤷‍♂️
