This is the epitome of a perfect college dance team routine.

Memphis is the team that started the elite dance group. One year in the early Eighties the Tigers played in Madison Square Gardens during the Basketball Tournament. The dance team hit the floor and the crowd went crazy and a standing ovation. That's when they put the sport in gear. Go Tigers!!

LOVE IT, LOVE IT! I miss the athleticism, energy and fast pace of collegiate nationals. UDA & NDA should bring a tribute year and see if teams could actually compete like this and see who still has it.

I also miss dance teams like this. Nowadays, the technique is there but not the energy and athleticism. Memphis should have won 11 straight (including 1995). This is the routine I was waiting to see, and it's was amazing.

This was the year after they were ROBBED going for 10 years in a row being national national champs. .. they just don't have the energy like they had!!
They were always the pioneers doing incredible jumps onto the mat, then they would outlaw them the next year...God bless them..They are ALWAYS winners in my book!!
The dance teams today are SOOOOOO BORING!! love the high energy and fast paced routine!
