I love Kelly, but she's too quick to want to move on to the next subject. Eddie had to slow her down and finish his thoughts about actors. It's okay to have a lull in the conversation now and then - even for television.
I agree. She's talking a mile a minute, and he's so chill. Just let him talk. She's not asking any new questions that haven't been asked on other shows, so maybe cut a few of them so he can elaborate a little bit on some topics.

Kelly has producers in her ear telling her to move on so they can get in as many story points as possible for the guest. Talk shows like these have time constraints but if it were up to Kelly we all know she’d spend an hour with each guest.

Growing up with Eddie Murphy, I’d like to see him in a Mrs. Doubtfire role. Something like a The Hangover meets Mrs. Doubtfire meets RuPaul’s Drag Race. He’s the closest thing I got now since Robin Williams has passed and I hope he gets more roles to further move himself into an even more bigger full potential than he thinks he can achieve. ps. He HAS NOT aged at all. He looks really great!
I grew up watching him,Robin Williams and Jim Carrey in films. I was shocked that I saw more films with Eddie and Robin than Jim.

I agree because I like to hear the details of things and Kelly was going to the next. I guess she wanted to get all of her questions in because she did have so many for him that I did like he elaborated on a lot of things.
Not sure if it's true, but I saw a post on Facebook that he's gonna do a spinoff with the Donkey character from Shrek. That could be pretty funny.

The man is a comic genius. The "Nutty Professor," movies are some of the funniest I've ever seen. But I wished he'd have at least acknowledged Chevy Chase in their photo together. Then again, I have no idea of their history. I'm still a huge Eddie Murphy fan.
Everybody who was a bit anxious about watching Axel F... it's good. You won't be disappointed. They managed to capture the old spirit of the movies.
Hope he does that Broadway idea.. That would be great.

He’s long overdue for his AFI Life Achievement Award and The Kennedy Center Honors for his outstanding contributions to the field of motion pictures for 5 decades.
The Kennedy Center Honors is a lifetime achievement award for the performing arts in general that includes motion pictures while the mark Twain prize award is the highest honor in comedy (which he already earned in 2015)

Eddie should be classed as a legend of Hollywood, I grew up watching him and he’s always kept it real and opened up roads for a lot of people much love and respect from down under 🇦🇺💯
He is considered one. It’s on record that when he came to fame that he was the first African American to have lead roles in Hollywood that weren’t a servant or character. It includes his acting, stand up production & directing. Especially after 48 hours, they was on him.

Eddie has been on set with some of the funniest, most legendary comedians and actors of our time like Richard Pryor, Redd Foxx, Della Reese, Arsenio Hall and Martin Lawrence and the only movie he had fun making was Trading Places with Dan Aykroyd. No offense to Dan but those other sets had to be something special. I wish Eddie would've talked more about that!
