I love it but the lack of lots is really bugging me. I expected bigger lots too so we have plenty of room for our new companions. It seems to get worse with every expansion. When you compare it to Windenburg which was the second expansion (27 lots) I feel really short changed. Add a 40x40 or 40x30 to each part of the new world and I would be one happy bunny.
My husband's family had some of those barn quilts I just love them so colorful and so well made. Some they made & others they got from other places. I just love the patterns they put in the game. I'm like you that barnhouse dollhouse is so huge they could've made it a little smaller. But over all I love this pack & the items they chose for this pack. So excited for the Wrangler LP coming up.
I just found your channel and I'm obsessed with your voice! It's so soothing and rich! And I wholeheartedly agree with you. The textures in this pack is the best I've ever seen, cc included. It's so realistic, so detailed, that a room with basic furniture and no clutter looks real just by how good the textures are. I'm lowkey obsessed with this pack, I've been playing it non stop ever since the release and ZERO REGRETS. The horses are beautiful, the tiny sheep and goats are absolutely adorable, the rustic/traditional/worn out furniture is with on my alley, omg the winter clothes in Cas!!!!!!!! This pack is the best ever released, no doubts. And surprisingly, i didn't have bugs whatsoever, only some lagging.
I haven't heard anyone mention it and I haven't looked at the item myself, but can we appreciate that the piano looks like a Player Piano? Like ones that will play music off rolls of paper or whatever, on their own? Such a cool thing. And that decoration above the fireplace - look up Barn Quilts. If I remember correctly (hit or miss, really), some of the different patterns and designs mean specific things. Like protection for the home or something. They're really amazing, and most of the time made of wood! Random knowledge from my childhood. 😆

As someone who grew up riding horses for fun and for competition, I’ve loved listening to non-horse people/simmers talk about all the horse items in this pack. It’s so cute.

I loved your rant on the fireplace. as someone who grew up on an old farmhouse in Canada, that's essentially how we heated our house. I remembered during ice storms having that also to cook food on 🙃 I'm in loooove with some of these items.makes me think of home❤🍁

You may very well know this, but if you lower the foundation back down to ground level while landscaping you can place the debug landscaping exactly how you’d like without it jumping up! Lovely build! 🤠 Yee haw

Can you do hallie’s house in Napa Valley on parent trap? I know they didn’t show the entire house but an idea of a family vineyard and the daughter takes over the business
I mean, you're in prime alien abduction territory with somewhere like Chestnut Ridge, so it's not impossible for Evangeline to be whisked away to Batuu lol.
I don't know if this is weird but after seeing how good the build items are in this pack, I feel kind of betrayed for growing together. Like I want the Growing together aesthetic but implemented this well - a complete set of furniture that matches together perfectly and feels complete, not lacking any significant parts of it.
The build/buy exceeded my expectations, however, I think the gameplay is pretty lacking. I’m a bit disappointed that the sheep and goats give you wool and milk and work like rabbits and birds from cottage living. I wish they had done something else with them or just not included them at all and used a different animal or put more gameplay into the horses like trails how they have it in snowy escape. But the pack overall I think is worth it.
Love love love the build/buy and new world BUT general lack of Native American representation is a bit disappointing. Missed opportunity, in my opinion.
