    The list of 4 ingredients in the beer is a tribute to Reinheitsgebot. An old German purity law that beer should only contain water, malted barley, hops and yeast. Im right there with you on the ribeyes or N.Y. strips. Trying lesser cuts lately because beef is getting SO expensive.

      Things are getting very expensive! I like to pick up Pork loins, as they are usually way cheaper, and are great to smoke!

    Erik, go to your trusted butcher and ask for unpeeled tenderloin. Process it yourself and save some $$$
