To get to the other side of the channel take Longbridge Road all the way until you hit Chester Road, take a right on Chester and at the end of it there’s public access

It's really neat! It is just south of Ludington, and I like that it is very walkable. Hopefully you'll get a chance to go here someday!

I guess you can say that Pentwater Lake is a lot of pent-up water.

It seems that Mellow Yellow and Catch the Wind are the best known Donovan songs.

That's true. I would also add Hurdy Gurdy Man, Sunshine Superman, and Season of the Witch with the latter being very popular during October.

@scottman895 One of the cover versions was done by the Newfoundland band The Irish Decendants. I guess it is kind of fitting since they get plenty of wind along some of their coastal areas

I checked on the state website. They allow non-residents to buy an annual pass, which is still a bargain compared to the roughly $111 Canadian I paid for an annual day pass for Ontario Parks, but I don't mind subsidizing the largest system in North America and possibly the world.

In Canada, at least, realator means the agent is a member of the Canadian Real Estate Association and implies a higher standard of professionalism.

Gotcha. I think I remember hearing the same thing for something similar which the US has when it comes to real estate.

Unfortunately, not everyone treats locals with respect in my area, and one of my friends, who is a municipal councilor, made them come up with Airbnb regulations.

That's really sad to see. I'm hoping things get better with that soon in not just where you are but in all other tourist areas.

@scottman895 At least this year, they have a short-term accommodation plan, including a 24/7 hotline, in the Township of Georgian Bluffs, where I used to live and where my friend is a municipal councilor. They have quite a few waterfront properties rented out online.
