Always appreciate your videos you're definitely one of the best. One thing that I really like in these types of videos is when extra information is reinforced like. the α subunit of the pertussis toxin causes ADP-ribosylation and inhibits GPCR, azithromycin and clarithromycin are macrolides that inhibit bacterial ribosomal 50S subunit, and TDaP vaccine which is a subunit vaccine for the pertussis portion. Hello doctor,,,
My names is mohamed ragab ammar, i am a medical student in the second year
i have a question,,,, if i have a patient with the whooping cough sound, he already pass the first catarrhal stage
should i give him Erythromycin or i have to wait for the recovery
and if the cough isn't tolerated at night can i give him antitussive " he has no phlegm"
