Her Qorma was excellent , detailed and authentic. It is (Lucknow style ?) most likely.
She is a better artist than the actors you see on Masala channel. These actors call themselves "chefs".
Indeed, It is possible to copy and cook her recipes at home. I did it and everybody liked the food.

India se aapki badi fan.. chicken korma ki recipe pehli baar try kari thi 3 maheene pehle aur kha ke mazaa aa gaya.. uske baad se main aapke saare videos follow karti aa rahi hun.. kyonki main lucknow se hun, toh vahaan bhi yeh korma, zarda , galouti kabab vagerah sab milta hai.. aur aapka baat karne ka lehza bhi ekdum lucknowi hai ...
