April No Buy Update

Continuing on my new buy year. It's been up & down but more up than down so I'm taking that as a win!

MY RULES:
1. Replacement only if NOTHING else in my collection can serve the same purpose.
2. Three time exemptions ; Italy, France & Black Friday. But Hard no buy categories are still not allowed.
3. 100 uses on oldest palettes before can purchase a new palette.
