max should make a employee reporting system where employees submit complaints, possible issues/worries a employee might have, anything like that. they put their name on it and submit. max reads everything so he knows what’s up, calls them in for a meeting to discuss the issue further. would make people feel much comfortable if they had to report someone slacking off or what have you. like this so he sees it bc i think it would help his employees to straighten up when he’s not around bc everyone will be watching each other. maybe even offer incentives for reporting and it’s not just bs they’re reporting. would make things competitive real quick
Problem with that is that it causes everyone to watch over their shoulders and creates a toxic environment of backstabbing.

you really do have to be tough and vigilant when you entrust other people to manage your interests because greed and corruption setlles in very easily when your given power in the company. its a very high stress situation to entrust other people with your business. Very few have what it takes to run a business from the top down and make sure all the pieces are put in and remain in place as the company grows.
god knows how much gold and diamonds have been skimmed in the 20 years that hes been doing business hiring some shiesty little punks trying to give them a chance at becoming something only for them to throw it all down the drain to try and steal something when hes not looking
