I do this for about 9 years and I am now about to tone 21 years old
Gotta love parkour and Freeruning, and urban free climbing too, one of the best times was when I climb a tower 50ft high and held off by one hand, gotta love the adrenaline rush and the freedom you feel well doing these things.

Watching these people do this crap makes my legs tingle from a sheer fear response just like when I’m somewhere very high. If you fall it's not your problem anymore. Never really seen the point of being scared. You can stay on the ground and be safe all your life. You're still gonna die regardless. People who do stuff like this are about as free as it gets
@@jaywhite9397 I personally rather not increase the chance, there are a million and one things that could kill a person, but I don’t want to do things to increase my chances. If you think it’s freeing to do risky things then that’s you and that’s fine, but I find lots of other things that are far safer freeing and invigorating without putting myself at a higher risk personally. But you do you and enjoy the things you enjoy.

@@noahscott8116 *most* but even if you know what you are doing, there are variables you can't control! many people have died climbing theses buildings w/o safety equipment. doesn't matter how good you are, its still dangerous and unless you can make everything on old buildings magically 100% stable and control wind and moisture and every automatic response in your body it just isn't totally safe

I just watched your video and saw the comment that says "we do it for the adrenaline." The LAST THING you want when doing parkour is ADRENALINE. You want to be controlled and relaxed and property breathing. Also, this is rooftopping, not even parkour.
that is just i thought, sometimes the adrenaline is like a drug, one becomes anxious and wants more and ends up doing more dangerous things, these people are literally risking their lives for adrenaline, some make it look like it is very healthy, but to be healthy it is not necessary to be doing such things, I mean, riding a hoverboard on the ceiling of a skyscraper? pirouette jumps on the edge of a building? And by the way put bandages on his eyes while doing this? that is not exercise or a "discipline" of the mind and body as they said in a previous comment, it is literally putting your life in danger in exchange for momentarily feeling of adrenaline

Ughh its yet another not accurate depiction of parkour. This is not parkour. This is just doing dumb stuff from tall heights. Nobody in the parkour world would see that and acknowledge the extreme skill. (Except for maybe the front flip or gainer at height there)

Most of the clip in this video is not parkour ... It is stupid stuff like the man who take a skateboard on the roof that show a bad image of the parkour... The parkour is practice on the ground most of the time

@@ivanelugo yes pretty much, it’s about finding a cool way to move your body around some walls and buildings, it can get dangerous but most of the time it’s challenging yourself with movement in a park or a spot with some walls and rails.
@@thepkturtle3276 yeah, some comments here says that they do this (what the video shows) for adrenaline, and that this has helped them with depression, but I think they are doing things wrong, it is like an alcoholic drinking to escape depression, they become addicted to adrenaline and do increasingly dangerous things to feel it momentarily, This is not parkour or sport, this is being careless with your own life for something that is momentary
