I have this case and am absolutely loving it, it has clean looks, very sleek and not difficult to manage as far an maintenaince. No problems with airflow or anything. I like it a lot, its a great case.
That's awesome! I'm considering it too. Any problems with dust build up though? Doesn't seem to be any filters at the bottom and I plan to have that as an intake if I get it. Thanks.
@@LFiers Yep. It has at the top a dust filter and and the bottom. Both are detachable/removable and very easy to wipe off/clean. I'll maybe make a video about it or something heh

I think the o11 Dynamic should be the HC Case of the year. It is innovative, affordable, and super sexy. Plus it has a Type-C port and a USB 3.1 port. The dual chamber gives so many layout possibilities. I just got mine and it is incredible to build in because you have so many options!

@@Christakisss13 Are you sure? The O11 Dynamic should cost around 130 bucks. There is a very similar case, the O11WGX Republi of Gamers. It is slightly larger and costs around 300 bucks.
This is definitely my new case. It appears that I won't regret waiting for the release of this instead of settling for something else. Now to decide on white or black. Thank you, once again, for your excellent reviews and thanks for the heads up on the side panels being swappable. I can see buying a second TG panel for the side behind the motherboard.
That is definitely something to consider. I'm glad someone is thinking instead of just drooling and coming up with ideas, like myself. I'd have to see how effective the rear vents would be first I suppose. Possibly test it by just covering the vents in the existing panel where the TG would end up being. Mitch Barron CoolerMaster H500M the new one, it hasn’t released yet. All tempered glass rgb fans and they fixed all small issues. Not the mesh one not the h500p. This case looks really good especially with hyper x rgb ssd.
I was waiting this whole video to see if you mentioned the inset vertical GPU mount and I'm so glad you did! Shame to hear how pricey it is but I can say I was definitely impressed with this review and even more with the case. Great vid!
I really like this case. It improves on the captivating InWin 301 that I love, while solving some of the space issues. I would like to see a way to mount drives down the right hand side. Then I'd put three fans in the bottom (intake) and a 360 rad in the top (outflow). Where the InWIN 301 still shines is the front panel that pops off at a finger-press.
I got to do the quadruple tear. Lian Li was awesome enough to put protective film on the inside and outside of both TG panels. This thing is PHENOMENAL!!
Clever layout, wonder if more manufacturers will adopt this. Seems more natural to have air flow from bottom to top instead of front to back. Also great for cable management.
One last follow up. I don't know if it's because I'm a Premier member or if they are doing this for everyone that pre odered this case. I managed to pre order the white model at full price ($129.99 USD) plus $7.99 for 4-7 day shipping. When I got my invoice for the actual charge to my debit card late Saturday night Newegg only charged me for the case with no shipping charge. I thought that was cool, of course. Now today when I get the FedEx tracking information I also find out that it's being shipped with FedEx 2 day shipping at no extra cost as well. My expected delivery is Wednesday, May 14th. I am so stoked to be finally getting this case.

i bought this tank for my fish. its a hamster fish and it moves everywhere are looks like its panicking for 20 seconds but it just sleeps. its been sleeping for 3 days now.
OF COURSE the pre order sells out within a few hours of this video going up, just about 20 minutes ago it was still available but I was looking at other reviews to see if waiting for the AIR version would be better, and then BOOM all gone.
THIS is revolutionary. Title of video fits my dreams too. I dreamed about making my own cases, and Lian Li was faster with bringing this project :) I dreamed about exacly same layout.
That’s what I’m gonna do in mine, so excited. Either Ryzen 4000 or core i9 10900k. As well as probably a next gen gpu. Custom water cooling. All the shit. I’m so excited. Oh and also maybe a new motherboard right now I have a Ryzen 5 1600
I like the swappable side panels. But... why can't we get cases where we can flip all of the components? Who decided that all PCs are on the right side of peoples desk? Mine's on the left and I don't have the option of admiring my full system through a nice window.
Antares, exactly 👌... Small desk. I keep my PC on the floor in the corner of the room under the desk. It's visible out to the entire room but just the right side. This is the second room setup I've had like this.
Even if there is another version of this case intended for air flow, I'd be interested in seeing a thermal test on this case with just fans and no rads.
It's been a while since I've been excited about a case -- this one did it. Air cooling is the way to go so I can't wait to see a version that supports push\pull air passthough
Dont know if any of you figured this out but its design reduces hot air flow because you have the power unit on the back seperate. thats the hotest item out of the way. am sure the guys designing the case had that in mind. not really any need to do any vigorous tests on air flow. it just makes sense. doesnt it. got to get myself one of these in white of course 4 new ryzen 2600x build
This case actually works preety fine with air coolers if you use the side fans as intake, same for 280 aios, just use the side for intake and top exaust.
just throw in a few washers to bring the hieght up on that ssd. No more angled plug and you have plenty of room to simply add 3 or 4 washers. Great vid! Love the case.
Please consider the following two components in the build for your testing. 1. NZXT Kraken X72 CPU Liquid Cooler 2. EVGA GTX 1080Ti FTW3 Hybrid It will be interesting to see if the GPU can be mounted normally or if the vertical bracket is a necessity. Reason being is that you sold me on this case and want to switch over my current configuration to this case. Keep up the awesome work, your reviews are leaps and bounds ahead of anyone when it comes to cases 🤓
WOO HOO!!! I just got the notification from Newegg last night that my O11 Dynamic in white that I pre ordered has been paid for and should be shipped on Monday. It was just like waking up Christmas morning when I was a kid. LOL
I'm loving the look of this case. If you can, I'd love to see info for 360mm front/side rad, 2x 120mm directly under the GPU (I think the 3rd position in front of the rad would look bad), and 3x 120mm in the top. Also, a partner GPU with fans that blow the air into the case, rather than a reference blower. Almost maxed out, just leaving that one spot open for a cleaner look.
Every new case I see is glass, very pretty, but how is this practical, I have small kids -- I can't keep them out of my office -- bad enough to have a toddler break harmony remote, what if he runs into my office and slips and throws something at a glass PC case. Not to mention that -- some of us still have optical drives...I really don't get it. This clean look is pretty, but where do I put my optical drives, am I too old school that I want to have an LED readout of CPU/GPU temps on the front of my case. If a case comes out with actual bays it's deemed prehistoric...and lacking design aesthetic and substance...so now we're going for glass clean boxes with LEDs shining out of them like it's gift from the heavens...
kazolar rear caddy on top of the power supply holds 3.5 inch drives, wait for the air version, or just get the Corsair Air 540 if you’re interested in a case with front drive bays, you’ll need a led display that supports SIDE mount display if you want to read the front display properly though.
I have an "ancient" HAF X full tower -- tons of bays -- but nothing new ever comes out with bays. The 540 has 2 bays -- I have 2 optical drives (I know the horror) -- I have a LCD display which I use LCD smartie to scroll all the temps, and I have a 5 1/4" front bay mounted sd card reader/USB 3 hub -- that is 4 front 5 1/4 bays -- seriously, new cases assume you will have everything external to a giant case. HAF also is solidly made, so I'm not worried about kids running into the room.
Worked real hard for the last 2 days to create this vid! Hope you enjoy and pls let me know what airflow / 360 AIO scenario i should test :) 💨

I'm a simple guy. I see a simple girl, I simply respond with a simple response.
Impressive. Its the first Lian Li case I've ever been interested in. Also the first case that might make me consider upgrading from my current S340 Elite. Good job, Lian Li!
i bought this tank for my fish.
its a hamster fish and it moves everywhere are looks like its panicking for 20 seconds but it just sleeps. its been sleeping for 3 days now.
Case looks really good! Award well deserved.
I'd love to see a case like this without glass side panel, just front.
Nice job Lian Li & Der8auer ^^
OF COURSE the pre order sells out within a few hours of this video going up, just about 20 minutes ago it was still available but I was looking at other reviews to see if waiting for the AIR version would be better, and then BOOM all gone.
I like how you review the pc case. And are you the guardian of the Galaxy? Haha look same
Got the XL in white. Extremely happy with it.
Awesome!!! Where’s the air version? Still patiently waiting 😬
THIS is revolutionary. Title of video fits my dreams too. I dreamed about making my own cases, and Lian Li was faster with bringing this project :) I dreamed about exacly same layout.
Time to do a custom loop, Dmitry. That case is begging for it.
Really loved how you compared it to another case to see dimensions difference
I like the swappable side panels.
But... why can't we get cases where we can flip all of the components? Who decided that all PCs are on the right side of peoples desk?
Mine's on the left and I don't have the option of admiring my full system through a nice window.
why not just turn it 90 degrees so it's perpendicular desk width wise. unless your desk is small it shouldn't be a problem
Antares, exactly 👌... Small desk.
I keep my PC on the floor in the corner of the room under the desk. It's visible out to the entire room but just the right side. This is the second room setup I've had like this.
ccvideotech try the dark base cases. They have an inverted option. Even the old Silverstone cases do. Look up inverted pc cases.
james stark, thanks! Needed the right search term.
ccvideotech : I think I've seen one or two cases you can do it with. Maybe one Be Quiet case
Finally a relatively low price case giving some excitement, that isn't like any others and with next to 0 defaults! Quality vid for a quality case!
What about the airflow eddition
I KNOW RIGHT! it's coming soon, they are still finalizing the front panel design.
-D.
HardwareCanucks The front panel of the Air version shown at CES was so sick! Can't wait to see what improvements they make over it
Even if there is another version of this case intended for air flow, I'd be interested in seeing a thermal test on this case with just fans and no rads.
It's been a while since I've been excited about a case -- this one did it. Air cooling is the way to go so I can't wait to see a version that supports push\pull air passthough
Nice to see someone finally making a case that's different, might consider this case for my next build.
This case would be a AAA case if they extended it to allow vertical video cards, and more boss air coolers.
pizzafrenzyman you can buy an extra kit for that
Dont know if any of you figured this out but its design reduces hot air flow because you have the power unit on the back seperate. thats the hotest item out of the way. am sure the guys designing the case had that in mind. not really any need to do any vigorous tests on air flow. it just makes sense. doesnt it. got to get myself one of these in white of course 4 new ryzen 2600x build
The case of my dreams would be covered in ahegao hentai cat girls.
A printer and some A4 paper could very easily cover that for you
no cat ,big tiddy ahegao girls
U r going to jail
not if they're 18+
I'm using the black version, and it became the highlight of my setup.
Who else wants Budget acrylic versions of the cases Lian Li makes?
I forgot about this case! Definitely a very unique and still practical case!
Case of the year already 👌
I love this case but I dont know... tough competition with the R6 and Evolv X.
How cool is it that this guy gets to change his main case every time an interesting comes out, wish I had that opportunity
$129 ??? Yoo the Case woth it and more
in germany it's nearly double :(
Marian j. Srry For U 😔
Got mine yesterday, it has a lot of space.
4:19 "UNFORNETCHETLY"
This case actually works preety fine with air coolers if you use the side fans as intake, same for 280 aios, just use the side for intake and top exaust.
Any news for a revision of this case in 2019? :b
just throw in a few washers to bring the hieght up on that ssd. No more angled plug and you have plenty of room to simply add 3 or 4 washers. Great vid! Love the case.
It's been a year still it is 300$ in India........
And I bought it.
That's a curse always looming on us Indians.
Please consider the following two components in the build for your testing.
1. NZXT Kraken X72 CPU Liquid Cooler
2. EVGA GTX 1080Ti FTW3 Hybrid
It will be interesting to see if the GPU can be mounted normally or if the vertical bracket is a necessity.
Reason being is that you sold me on this case and want to switch over my current configuration to this case.
Keep up the awesome work, your reviews are leaps and bounds ahead of anyone when it comes to cases 🤓
Wow, The price of the case was jaw dropping.
Thanks for including an unboxing and first impressions in the beginning and a post build look at the end of the video!!!!!
Anyone else notice the cockroach on his wall during some of the shots?
Wtf I didn't...
@@HardwareCanucks Haha
I can already imagine a sick watercooling setup in there.
You look like the dude from guardians of the galaxy
Lmao Chris Pratt hahahha
Star lord
Thank you Bought the case the Black version and started my building using an ASUS ROG Maximus x Apex motherboard with 6 Core I7 and Gskill RGB memory
Notification 🔔 Sqad... What's Boot Sequence?
Yea i was thinking the same thing. Couldn't find anything like it on yt.
WOO HOO!!! I just got the notification from Newegg last night that my O11 Dynamic in white that I pre ordered has been paid for and should be shipped on Monday. It was just like waking up Christmas morning when I was a kid. LOL
I swiped up!
HAF also is solidly made, so I'm not worried about kids running into the room.
so that means as I said, everything new is glass.
just look elsewhere. This is a channel that regularly posts aesthetic type cases before any practical cases.
Umm external optical drives, a lock, get with the time?
That case is extremely impressive. The quality of materials, design, and performance at that price point is very tempting.
