      Hello Juraj.
I'm sorry but it is not yet possible to download this form.
This form (set of 110 forms, one for each type of terminal or accessory) needs to work with data from a database of Schneider Electric terminal blocks that I have made.
My intention is that the manufacturer of these terminals shows interest in this work. This way it will be available to users, both the forms and the database.

1.-Top bar: Utilities > Master data > Form > New
      2.-Type of form: "Terminal report"
3.-Then insert in that new form page the 3 areas: "header area", "data area" and "end of data area"
(i dont know the exact translation of the name of the areas in English)
4.- Insert the icon "conditional form" out of those areas, somewhere free in that page.
Double click on that icon, then you can configure the conditions to call conditional subforms.
      I did it dinamic.
