From a bird's eye view the property looks nice, but upon closer inspection there is a lot of "not caring" going on in the construction of this property. We see this quite often in African construction which is really disappointing. The biggest problem is that when you visibly see flaws and carelessness on the outside, how much carelessness went into building the foundations of this home?
I'm American my husband is from Ghana. We both love the colors in this house. That is something that can be easily changed. Every house is not for everyone as a former real estate agent in America I know this. If you don't like the house keep your criticisms and move on. There's a house that will be good for you I personally like this being all on one floor.

@@_Back_packer_ Is it sold already? The interior looks like the unfinished one they asked GHC 800.000! I am not to interesting to one level house, but I do love this one for the marble tiles! If I have a chance to own it, I will convert most of the tubs to standing showers.
I’m not sure that’s what you call enough greenery. Most of the compound is covered in concrete.A very big house with atrocious design and horrible taste.

Working in the construction industry, the quality of the crooked lines in the concrete pillars, uneven tiling of the steps, misaligned tiling on the car parking. Those aren't circles. Look at the wood trim at 9:10 and 9:20. Hurts my eyes.
Honestly, this house big for nothing. No taste at all, lack of character, poor architecture style, too much colours clashing, lack of elegance, n the price is way too expensive.
Are houses like these designed by children in a secondary school? this looks like a house from a cartoon. A typical wast of time, money and effort, look at the stairs outside, in the rainy season that floor is a slip hazard. look at the windows, are we to live in a prison?
The house is beautiful and spacious. But internal is too colourful. You guys should have just painted white

A house of this standard with no showers. Maybe we need to know the difference between Jacuzzi's and showers. Too many interior colors though
Some Jacuzzi can serve the same purpose as showers.

I only like one shower I think it in the so-called visi0r'e room. If I would buy it, I will convert all to standing showers.

One thing I don't like about those builders, they don't appreciate much green around the houses!
Not everyone likes green. But you can still convert to have more greens around the house.
