      @@juancqyt Not at all tbh.. CV%= SD/mean sample*100, which is equal to 8,77%

    How could we justify using the 5% instead of using the 2xCV for assessing performance targets? Other than the targets potentially being unattainable for the athlete. Is there a reference we could use?

    Thank you for the video. Using the SWC, we could know if there are substantial positive, negative or trivial changes (%=99,5) ) between trial 1 and trial 2 for example. However I don´t know how to calculate it. I wonder if you could help me. Thanks again.

    Could you link the reference how the 0.2 MWC factor was calculated? I've heard Hopkins stating that it was derived from data simulation, but I'd like to see the exact calculation.Thank you in advance!
