    What about fixing the problem? How do you get it to work again? I didn't spend so much money on a base to end up having it not function anymore.

    > Call the Consumer Products Safety Commission. The main control box of my 4-month-old Reverie bed failed. After days of trying to reach Customer Service, I'm told that the bed has a 90-day warranty and I'm out of luck. Send $ 279 for another one with a 90-day-warranty. So my $900 bed is going in the garbage. These people are predatory, and I'll doing all I can to stop them and their retailers from ripping off any more buyers.

      @@reverie No, you're not. My bed worked correctly for 1 month. It took forever to get someone on the phone, I had to pay for the replacement part, and I have to install it myself. A few months later there's no power at all and I can't afford your "help".

    That doesn't solve the issue of the bed being stuck. What about fixing the automation the moves the bed?

    I bought this bed two months ago had problems with it getting stuck a lot now it’s not working at all check the power cord change the batteries and it’s not working this adjustable base is not reliable and don’t recommend if you have back problems or elderly you will have more problems with this bed

    Wait, so how do we FIX the problem? Please let your customers know. This is how you keep people coming back for more. It's called Management 101. It's obvious you have not answered any of the clientele on this platform, so either Reverie does not have the answer, or Reverie chooses to ignore their customers.

    Problem! Volume? As the guy before said How do you get it to work again? I didn't spend so much money on a base to end up having it not function anymore.

    This is good, but also needed is some troubleshooting to help identify WHY the bed is stuck and the working remote and Reverie app won't find the bed. How to identify a failed Control Module? Is the Bluetooth pairing button lighted, or out completely? If unplugged, wait, replug, wait 30 seconds, does it come back on? If plugged in to the power module, does the green light on that module stay on or immediately shut off? If connected to a 600-joule surge strip, does a direct connect to the outlet change anything? If your Control Module is confirmed failed, what now?

      Then pay $279 for a new one with a 12-week warranty.

    And after that? I fixed the remote control but now the bed don't get the level position again.

    Mine is stuck in the flat position because the control board is out and the anti sales crowd at Revere won’t honor the extended warranty I purchased even though the bed is less than 1 year old .

    Has anyone’s issue been resolved? I sent multiple emails a week ago and I’ve called multiple days straight, but got sent to voicemail. I told them my head base is malfunctioning, keeps coming all the way up and my second remote never worked. They ignored everything I wrote and stated I had to buy a remote. I didn’t get any support for my $5,000 bed I haven’t been able to sleep on for a week instead I’m being asked to buy a remote. WTF. Can someone help me?!

      My remote stopped working & the head of the bed was at 30 degree angle. I got the Upgrade package for 500 bucks & it said bed needed to be flat to install. Hopefully this will work!

    Wtf !!! I wish my mattress weight five pounds lol
    How do we get it to work again?? My remote and the power plug work ! Besides that I need my bed at a slight angle for health reasons!

    I can't keep my head part of my bed to stay up. I paid to much monet for my bed not to work correctly

    How do you fix the freaking problem?! This is a temporary fix but the piston is stuck in the upright position and will not lower!!! We need answers to THAT question. GIVE A REAL TROUBLE SHOOT!!!!

      What I did to get my wife's side to lower was pull the clevis pin. To fix it, you'll need to *BUY* another POS module for over $300.

    These Reverie beds have two types of modules: One that has failed, or one that will fail. There is nothing you can do to rectify that. We had my wife's side plugged into a new surge protector (bought a good one) and it made no difference - the module failed 6 mos. later. Absolute garbage. Of course, they'll be only too happy to SELL you one. Warranty replacement? HA!!! They'll do everything in their power to weasel out of that. To say I'm disgusted and infuriated about covers it. BUYER BEWARE.
