1/2 cup oil
About 1 kg chicken.
4 table spoon yougurt
4 tomatoes
5 green chilli
1 tea spoon salt
1 tablespoon crushed ginger
2 tablespoon crushed garlic
1 Tablespoon coriander powdered
1 tea spoon crushed chilli
1 tea spoon cumin powder
1/4 turmeric powder
1 tea spoon chaat masala
1 tea soon red chilli powder
1/2 garam masala powder
1 teaspoon black pepper crushed
1 tea spoon whole corriander
1 tea spoon whole cumin
Fresh Coriander
Fresh ginger
2 tea spoon dry fenugreek (dry methi)
1 lemon

I tried it. Bohat kamal bani. Dhabba karahi yaad aa gayee. Mirchon ka hisaab zra tez hai, lekin maza aya mirch ka bhi.
