This is not a perfect run of the song. The song is from the game Amegas from the Commodore Amiga computer and is composed by Karsten Obarski.
Karsten Obarski is a former 16-bit computer game composer, best known for creating the MOD format.
Karsten Obarski programmed the Ultimate Soundtracker tool for Amiga 1000 in the Summer of 1987, and released it through German software publisher EAS in December 1987.
He was 22. It was his first ever completed program. He initially wrote it to write his first music, for the first game of a friend of his, Guido Bartels.

Amegas is a clone of Arkanoid written by Guido Bartels for the Amiga and published by reLINE Software in 1987.
The game varies from its inspiration, Arkanoid, in a couple of ways. Firstly, the screen is much larger, and on most levels, there are a significantly increased number of bricks to destroy. Secondly, the bricks do not fall randomly; a small black dot on a brick denotes that it will fall if hit by the ball.
