I've heard that when you have a lot of things on your mind at night and can't sleep, a good trick is to keep a notebook nearby your bed and write those things down. Sometimes when you get it out on paper your brain will let you rest because you're releasing it in some way. Hope that helps 👍🏽

I don't get the "Oh, the GlamTwinz have such BORING vlogs!" phrase that's been in the a comment section. IMO, I think they are, in a way, relaxing. I've seen many vlogs where people do so much but I'm just like...it's too much for me. So when these beautiful ladies post a vlog, it's like watching a show: there's usually a behind the scene section, going to the store, chilling in the car, and looking at nice makeup and outfits. It's all naturally set and no phony mess going on. It may not be everybody's cup of tea, but it works for many (including myself!)

I love the meal prep addition to the vlogs. I honestly just enjoy watching people cook and getting different ideas. And I definitely understand Kelsey about your mind running when you sleep. Especially being a double science major I'm always thinking about what I need to turn in or specific things that I'm studying. Sometimes I even dream of doing equations lol, the struggles of being productive. Really enjoyed the video ladies :)

I was browsing the comments to see what the fuss was about but I can kind of get both sides. But the girls can just be very introverted or have a little anxiety when it comes to being around a lot of people. I'm introverted as well and too much stimulation in a day can make me exhausted lol.

Kelsey - I often do the same thing when I'm trying to settle down from the day & sleep. Something that helps me is creating lists of my tasks for the day and/ or the week in my reminders -OR- plugging them into calendar if it's an event in my iPhone so I always know everything I have going on, I never feel like I forgot anything, and it helps me set priorities.
I feel like the song that plays in the beginning are Kelsey and Kendra's theme song☺️

As soon as I saw Kendra's snap about the vlog coming up I was anxiously waiting the notification, I LOVE YOU LADIES!!! I am so with you on the mind being unable to turn off. My work day is typically 16 hours long when I get in the bed I can get 3-4 hours sleep if I fall asleep instantly and it gets me when I am super wired or just unable to find the off switch. I live in Georgia and every time you all go to the mall I always try to guess which one it is, lol. Have a very happy holiday ladies.🎄

When I have those nights when my brain will not shut off, I read and /or write. It always makes me fall asleep.
I'm like that too Kelsey, a lot of nights I'm not able to sleep, I'm always thinking about things of the past, present, and future. I know a bath or shower helps me relax. I know some people say you shouldn't use technology before you go to sleep, but that is what make me finally go to sleep, like watching TV or looking at RUclips videos. The next thing I know I have fell asleep.

Kelsey I can relate to not getting much sleep when my mind is busy! When that happens I usually read a book and/or drink a cup of peppermint tea. It helps me relax :-)

I actually came on here because I seen in the comments section on latoyaslife that they were actually one of the boring bloggerS. Personally I think blogging is not for everyone but everyone and their mama think they can blog but I really enjoyed looking at their faces.
