This is a nice sprouter. I use a mason jar with lids I bought for sprouting. I may consider this. I might have to do just 2 seeds at a time because my husband does not eat like me. I would have to get used to eating more, i know they are good for us.
Hi don't know if you could help me but I've been vegan whole food plant-based 4 5 years. 2 years ago I had several patches of hair missing on my head. And then within one month all my hair all over my body came out. Went to the doctor's and they told me I have Alopecia Universalis. Since then my skin seems to get dryer and dryer and I seem to be losing elasticity in my skin is there any cream you could advise me should be using. Thank you
