Guys this guy is amazing, what i like about him is his calmness while listening to answers even though the candidates are not answering to the point, it's a great quality Naveen. I must really appreciate that the service you doing is absolutely commendable. I been in those situations quite a lot of times believe me it's not easy, it's frustrating to hear stories when you expecting a clear cut answer. I only went through few sessions, I am not sure if the following questions were asked to candidates such as "what's your strengths and weaknesses, and what did you do to overcome your weaknesses", "have you ever challenged your team lead or team manager and what was the outcome", "how do you balance your professional and personal life as this is big challenge in most of the people", "what would you do if someone in your team not performing and it's becoming a burden on rest of the team members" etc., also I would like to see answering at the to each question where the candidates go wrong, I think this will add quite a lot of value. All in all, hats of Naveen for what you doing. Keep doing and God Bless my friend.

Hi Naveen. I liked the new way of interactive video. Looking for for questions and answers the same way. Like why you want to switch? How you will be asset to us? Where you see yourself in 5yrs etc. Such questions are really hard to answer and we don't know which answer interviewer will like or what exactly he expects. Pls include such questions
