too bad the gameplay is uninteresting. i played through about 5 min of a powerpoint simulator before getting to the first actual bit of gameplay and was dissapointed enough to drop it right then. really wish the ost were on spotify though. i really like oxygen destroyer, encroached sky, and goz battle bgm when i'm doing my morning workout.
I swear this game really has soundtracks for every mood and every single one of them are really good. I guess this is the result when you make game out of love.
Not gonna spoil for people who haven’t read it yet but my satisfaction level were quite high with this event’s story. I only played 2 izuna related events and the cherino one and so far this one was the best out of them no doubt, Characters were really fun. Edit : and also mitsukiyo never miss with his work I’m genuinely curious how he’s able to bring out bangers like that he’s literally the Gordon ramsay of original sound tracks, He keeps serving top notch dishes at the table like he’s just making cup noodles.

Yesss this event's theme is SO fun!! One of those songs that makes you wanna tap your feet, snap your fingers bop your head. Honestly this song feels like a modern remix of a classic video game RPG song, which is fitting for the characters featured in the event.
Ever since I watched the pv for this event I was waiting for the full ost release the music is an absolute banger and the slick animation of the pv just was cherry on top...
@@PurpleHeartE54 If you want more examples of Leitmotifs, my favorites are the "Hoshi no Arika" leitmotif from Trails in the Sky trilogy, "The Final Choice" leitmotif from the Trails of Cold Steel games, the "Zelda's Lullaby" leitmotif in most Zelda games, and the "Drag Racer" leitmotif from Ace Combat 7. The Zelda leitmotif is so good it always makes me cry. Hoshi no Arika is an actual song in-universe in the Trails games and is related to the arc of a specific character, so it makes me tear up as well. "The Final Choice" leitmotif is just cool and represents the setting very well. But personally, I think the "Drag Racer" leitmotif takes the cake. It's such a perfect encapsulation of what Ace Combat is about. The feeling of flying freely in the skies, pulling off daring feats. The idea of a hero soaring high above and inspiring others. That leitmotif captures that feeling so perfectly with just a melody that is remixed throughout the soundtrack in so many different ways.
