About this hymn: in 1847, the Scottish Anglican clergyman (divine) Henry Francis Lyte was dying from Tuberculosis. He wrote this hymn three weeks before he succumbed to the disease, which was first sung at his funeral. In later years it would be reported that this hymn was a favorite of England's King George V and India's Mahatma Gandhi.

Dobrý večer, doufám, že stále zpivate. Je to nádherný. Za mě, povznášející hudba, která patří k radosti a nechtěne bolesti zivota. Děkuji. Havlatova A. Česká republika.
Ok. Your heart is in the middle of your chest. Behind your rib cage. It makes sense that if God wanted to communicate with you he would use your heart. Depending on how long He has waited and how badly he wants to. You will feel a burning in the middle of your chest. It's not heartburn. It will feel like you are dying or having a heart attack. No need to call paramedics or go to the emergency room. That is God communicating how much He loves you, His child!

How can a Cathedral be used for a concert performance?! The orchestra is behind the Altar and the Priests in front. I hope they, at least, moved the Tabernacle or Consecrated Hosts before the concert. The beautiful music brought sadness once I realized what seems a sacrilege being committed. Praying for true contrition for all involved if this in fact was a sacrilege. My God, I believe, I adore, I hope and I love You! I ask pardon of You for those who do not believe, do not adore, do not hope and do not love You! (Times 3)
It’s common in Anglicanism to hold concerts in cathedrals for divine music. They aren’t singing pop songs, they are singing a religious anthem, it’s what should be happening?
