Carol you can change your body shape through healthy eating and exercise i can assure you this coz i have now different shape but you have to understand your body type then you know which exercises to do, most women have this issue of not losing weight due to family planning, stress and eating alot of carb. When i eat alot of chapatis my love handles grow like crazy.
Dr. Berg is also my RUclips couch he has really helped me with my body understanding
