For those curious, it sells for about $100. This is a very reasonable price for what it is. I have no use for a nerf tracer, but this could very well make its way onto one of my airsoft guns in the near future. I'm keeping that link open in my phone's browser.
Also, I went ahead and ordered one a couple days ago. The total came to $98.88 since shipping was free. I'll come back and make another comment with my thoughts when it arrives and I've had a chance to test it.
Mine just arrived. It feels very solid. I tried it out a bit before throwing it on the charger. The menu animations are smooth, the menu is easy to navigate, and it installs easily on my airsoft pistol. The screen is a bit dim in the daylight, but that's not a big deal. It's not like you can really use a tracer in the daylight anyways, and the screen is bright enough to read in the daylight without too much difficulty. Honestly, I love this tracer. I might buy another for a different airsoft gun.
$100 USD is a fair price. However, I wonder how cheap it could be if it was all plastic. It would be amazing to get something like this in the $50 range.
I don't know how good this product is, but as an airsofter I've learned to not trust the brand T238. I've only heard bad things about their products...
I used a different Tracer Model from t238 on my airsoft shotgun and on a xshot longshot and had numerous problems with it. 1. The muzzleflash was way to bright to use in a game and on both of my models (i sent back the first one) one of the three leds burned out after charging the tracer for the first time. 2. The tracer ultimatly failed after about 20 events, a interal weld simply broke apart... 3. My tracer model was very heavy, which impacted the handling. I dont know how heavy the daybreak is, but if its full metal construction that should also have an impact on the blaster balance. After the tracer broke i switched to a model from acetech, which ive used without problems ever since, so thats the end of that story...
I think this is why they chose to use 19mm as the default and then the two adapters. It is a very cool unit and brings Glow Fun to all those who never had the old Rayvens with glow mags or do not want to tinker with adding UV LEDs to their flywheel blasters. My main negative on this unit is that the inner barrel is still kind of small in case you use it with a flywheel blaster. And the weight is surprisingly hefty. But it is built (and looks!) like a brick. Nice one!
@@nayanp yes. Take the extension off from the scar barrel that comes with it and use the included screws without any adapters. The scar barrel without the flash hider is about 19mm and fits in it. Make sure to not tighten the screws too hard so the plastic is not bent inwards too much!

this thing looks soo cool and tactile!
Kinda looks like a star wars blaster now
Please review the null pointer 0 degree Bcar from printables
What happened to the one with a Bcar? I’d rather have that than a chronograph on my barrel or a shot counter would be awesome
I'm waiting for nerf version of Crye Associates MR-C
im guessing the 19mm is to accommodate plastic scar barrels, but bcars are out of the question

I wish they sold it in other colours otherwise I would 100% get this.
the volume is a little low...
tell them to make one for the nexus pro x
It will work with a Nexus Pro X, just might need a different SCAR
Can it work on the Xshot Longshot?
