You should set up a colony of farmers to grind out the food and add a training area to up every Paladin's levels! I think the food is probably the more important part tho

I would recommend one pack mule per squad, just fill em up with food cubes. For some reason food isn’t shared between squads so you’ll have to have at least one distributor per squad. Hopefully this helps!!
The Inquisitors smack-talking Holy Lord Phoenix for impiety reminds me of that one TV show where CEOs went to work undercover at their own companies, except Phoenix came to work with his normal clothes on and was also doing the same job he always did.
You should probably re-enable the more attack slots mod If I remember correctly, there’s also a mod which lets you give your player characters NPC AI, which you might find useful
Evil Morty Smith I knew he already had the mod installed, but he disabled it during the Torsolo playthrough. I just brought it up because it looked like a lot of his army was idle during battles
When you're getting stomped by the crimson at 18:00 its because you told your entire group to attack a single target instead of all targets. So basically you weren't fighting back.
I do enjoy your Kenshi playthroughs looking forward to how this one turns out as I have not used this mod myself. A few things that may help you in controlling such a vast number: using tilde (~) selects all units in the squad, think of your army in terms of squads not individual units using numbers (1) corresponds to selecting that unit in that position in the squad (ie press 1 for Lord Phoenix), might want to put the Protector of the Flame as number 2 or squad lead of a different squad I like you saying that if they lose a limb that they will be dismissed, the Holy Nation does not do replacement limbs Maybe think about giving squad leads better weaponry (for starters) as standard Holy Nation equipment is shoddy/junk grade
Welcome to the light of Okran Brother! You should do a crusade, 256 Paladins as much food and medkits as they can carry and purge Narko from as many cities as you can before you run out of dudes or conquer the map.
The many Billie Eillish references (I think thats how you spell her name) made the video ascend beyond perfection and into pure RUclips gold and the song with the theme of the video, bad guy. Truly a high level production and a cultured content producer. 👌
You could conquer every city with those guys lol. I took out Bad Teeth with 22 guys in thier 40s-50s stat wise. Took the rooftops first and used thier own turrets against them. Lost no one, but micro-managing took forever.
I created a custom play-through with several paladins. The concept was they were ordered to destroy opposition to Okran. As a "special sauce" I went into the FCS & gave them the dialog packs for paladins, so they would do stuff like attack skeletons on site, and call each other Holy Brother. Was amazing. Destroyed the Flotsam Ninjas. Captured the Shek Leader's daughter. Then went on a long mission to the East to find & destroy Tinfist. They posed as Slavers, making pals with the Slave Traders, the Merchants, and the United Cities. Eventually they learned the location of Tinfist via a long chain of events, and snuck in to capture & kill him. With that done, they headed home, but not before starting a fight with a skeleton shopkeeper. The City Guard attacked them, the merchant's guild attacked the City Guards, and so on. So the Paladins walked home to Okran, contemplating that not only had they destroyed the impetus behind the anti-slavery movement, but they had started a civil war in the lands of their largest rival. Probably one of the most satisfying play-throughs I've ever done.
Love your videos... Here's a new challenge, try the Genesis mod with "stronger group combat" mod which makes the game harder (and whatever else you like). I would also recommend the "torso" mod again as there are amazingly powerful new robotic limbs in Genesis. I think you will LOVE it and we would love to see another Kenshi video. At least I would. :) Thanks for all the awesome content you put out.
So, you can only cash in the bounty once, *however* you can place the bounty in jail yourself, then repeatedly let them escape and be recaptured/healed by whoever you're cashing in with. this will increase the bounty a small amount every time since they "broke out of jail". eventually, when the bounty is as high as you want it, you can then cash in on whatever the amount is.

You should keep a few civil in a outpost build near one of the big Holy Nation fortresses like Okram glory or whatever the name, the one that block the way eastward from the HN heartland, and use them to produce ludicrous amount of food as to feed your army on its campaigns, but they'd need a few soldiers to fend off the constantly invading river raptors else your crops won't last. Like make it an industrial scale production, from raw vegetables all the way to cooked food and prepared meals for those distant travel.
Crimson Rogues give contracts to kill NPC randomly placed around the map. you have to take a souvenir(head, heart, etc) from the victim and turn it in to get reward. The rewards get better as you build reputation with them. They will send troops to defend your base in times of need after just two contracts are completed. And yes, they are badarsed And can be found all over the map
I have supported an army of 240 using 6 pack animals to carry the food and 10 farmers grinding out wheat and bread. You have your army hunt down a ton of meat and carry it back to food camp to sandwich it and can cook on the road if needed using a lot of campfires if desperate.
The best way to command a huge squad is to have everyone bodyguard the slowest dood. That way they'll attack automatically and when you travel, you can just select the slow guy without having to ctrl+A every time lol
I’m doing a ‘7 deadly sins’ run, just started with a Shrek named Wrath and I’ve gotten to a human named Sloth, a skeleton named Envy, a hive prince named Pride, and a hive warrior named Greed. It’s not too high maintenance because there will only be 7 of them in the end, and they’ll end up being really powerful.
There's a similar mod on the steam workshop called something along the lines of fog invasion. You start as a fog prince with the ability to recruit swaths of cannon fodder to overwhelm the map. Would probably make a good series.
There was this mod that added crusaders and its backstory was you were preparing to raid the holyland but then you get isekaied into the world of Kenshi.
Sweet a new Kenshi series can't wait to see what happens and I think you should do a future Kenshi series as a Wandering Trader, Slaver or as a Shinob the way of the ninjai that I would be interesting to see. Side Note: will you do a 100 statman in Kenshi in the future.
I haven't seen it in the comments yet, but there is an "Infinity Food" mod on the workshop that cooks 1 raw meat into a ration that never depletes. I highly recommend it, normally used it for any non-skeleton characters that man the turrets in my outposts.
this actually kinda happens in the base game if you go talk to pheonix and give Moll to the HN, pheonix gives you the holy seal which can be used to hire holy nation patrols for free. This mechanic works more like mercenaries.

You could put everybody to bodyguard Phoenix and just control him, everyone set to bodyguard will neatly follow in formation

Why feed them though? You have an unlimited amount of new troops to recruit, you could just make sure that your main guy and the protector are fed
