Made this cake today and just came out so delicious. I just tweaked it to vegan. Used pea protein milk in cake and coconut cream for ganache. Just super super soft, moist and delicious!!! Thanks

I mixed the cream of oreo with milk and set it for 1:30 secs in the microwave and then poured it up on the cake and added sprinkles it was so easy to make in 15 minutes or so! u should definitely try it and also the glaze recipe I just mentioned.
Using eno is not an good option. Everytime you mention title as "no soda" you generously put ENO as some cooking ingredient. Please avoid and let know other options!!
