That '78 live album is one of the best live albums ever recorded. Would love to hear the rest of it!

I enjoy the banter among the players - it gives one some insight on the inner workings of the band - gives the music context -

Frank Marino is a guitar God a guitar hero and a guitar master I’ve seen him several times over the years from 1979 until the early 2000s… I’m a musician, and I cannot think of anyone else that is more versatile than him not even Jeff Beck.. French and play Jazz blues, hard rock, psychedelic rock, Jimi Hendrix or even country and it still sounds real and in the pocket is one of my favorite guitar players ever

In 1979 I saw Frank Marino and Mahogany Rush headline a show at the now tornado destroyed Hara arena for $6.50! For that price I saw Mothers finest, Humble pie, Angel and Frank. Talk about getting your moneys worth! I was a senior in high school and Frank was so good. I bought tickets for a Cincinnati show and I was going to take my sons to see the legend I was always talked about. Unfortunately Frank retired for heath reasons. I hope he’s better, I miss seeing him. His health is number one priority.

Unbelievably I never had actually heard any albums of his till fairly recently eventhough I saw his albums at my local record store when I was a kid in the 70's. Let me just say I am a fan for life! He's right up there with all the greats including Hendrix but Frank is better technically than Hendrix. 🔥🎸🔥🎸
