This is the latest method on how you can bypass Google Account verification on all android versions 11 Simple and easy steps to do to bypass Google Lock
#Instructions
Go to android settings Go into app manager
Simply force stop and disable both android setup and Google play service
Go back to start screen and start setup again but it will stuck at GETTING YOUR INFORMATION.
Just go back and see if SETUP OFFLINE available at wifi screen If it appear go back in settings app and enable Google play services
After that go back and setup your phone using SETUP OFFLINE button available in WiFi setup page and you're all setup.

What do you mean. To hard reset or factory reset, turn off phone. Now press volume up + Power button. Now go wipe data . That's it.
