last time I tried easy gajar halwa just split all in half add half glass milk in pressure cooker with all gajar, 2 to 3 whistles then usko kadchi se mash karlo dusri taraf kdai mai ghee all nuts then this gajar mash ki hui ache se pkao a t the end use milk powder 1 cup agar mawa nai hai also 1 choti ilachi done. isme kadukas karne ka time bach jayega also yes please keep gajar ka rass .
