I think it's a custom wing built by Pratt & Miller Engineering. APR Performance has one from the +17 and up that looks pretty similar but has different uprights.
@@joeyhayes3137 Under GT4 regulations engines must be based from the Homologated Vehicle. Since the GT4.R is based on the ZL1 it uses the LT1, no deviation. The low power figure comes from restrictions on air and fuel flow, subject to adjustment by the FIA GT4 governing body. Basically they're starving the engine and it cuts the power as a result. All the Mercs, BMWs, and Porsches are detuned this way too.

It's a racecar, so they have to restrict the power to have a fair race.
