Don't take one persons advice alone, look at both sides, plant based, which is nutrient deficient, and animal based ,which is nutrient complete! Vitamins from plants are poorly absorbed, and look for effect of lectins and other chemicals in plants. Investigate for yourself. Most vegans dropped it after five years, so, which diet is least sustainable?

Three and half years on low carb diet, watching videos from both sides, but, I don't copy down all of the cited papers. I would have a whole library by now. Sounds like a cop out, I know, but so much info available, from either side, that its overwhelmingly! This seems a popular way of plant based arguing , show us the evidence.! But, lifelong vegans vs later life low carb/ carnivore followers is unfair comparison, since, no money in it for pharma or big medicine, nor the Universities! All we have is five million years of practical applications! And anecdotes! Lots of them. But, I will concede to you, hard to show studies, so, point for your side. Sorry.

@@AI-vs7sm well, I’d say we’re likely on the same side, I just err on the side of caution and like to see data.

Yes, I spend way to much time with these videos as it is, try to watch worthwhile episodes, both vegan and keto/ carnivore, to keep up! If I had to search out and read all those studies, well, there are only 36 hours in a day, right? Let alone copy the pertinent ones.
