    Amazing video! I’ve learned so much from you today! I would love to know the name of the last trick or any progressions to help work on it. I seem to struggle lifting my hip off the chair.

      Came here to say this too!! It seems like it takes a TON of shoulder strength in the arm that’s on the seat of the chair. Would love to see an in depth tutorial on this to be sure though.
