Survived my annual guys golf trip. We played three courses near Lenoir NC. Hit some good shots, putting on mountain bentgrass greens was fun. Learned my “shot dispersion” left-right needs improvement on courses with elevated false from greens that were designed to punish missing the greens long or left or right. Already planning next year’s trip. Take aways: I have to walk more and loose weight (nutrition and training). I want to hit my driver a little longer and speed up my speed of play.

Excellent job Mike on explaining the (primary and secondary) spine tilt in a golfers set up. I feel that at times I don't get my secondary tilt right and the result is too flat a backswing which leads to a low ball flight. I will definitely work on this via the use of a sliding glass door.
