2/3 Cocoa Powder + 2 tablespoons
1/2 tsp Fine Salt
1 cup melted Unsalted Butter
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
.5 tsp Baking Powder
4 Eggs
Old fashioned Caramel dip (sold by the apples in produce)
2/3 c Semi-sweet chips. (Mixed w/ Dark is great too!)
