It was quite the experience being out at the 60 mile marker by ourselves. Glad we could share the trip with you! Menudo is one of our favorite go-to meals!
The further south we went, the softer the sand became. We had been advised that it was best to travel up/down the 60 miles at low tide allowing for driving closer to the water where the sand was more compact. Here’s hoping you get to travel to the 60 mile marker someday! 👍🏽
Loved the video. Such a peaceful time on the beach. My husband and I have been to the Mansfield channel a couple of times and it always looks different, water color, sand dunes shapes
Never been to the 60mile marker thanks for taking us along 👍 to the menudo 😃

Menudo is where it's at! Thanks for watching and for your kind comment!
Beaches look pretty soft down there. Furthest I've gone is 30miles before I realized I should have items to get unstuck just in case.

Thank you! It was such a great time on the beach! Hope to return someday and spend more time exploring the Mansfield Channel.
I have always wanted to go to the end ,maybe one of these days when I move back to CC.
It was a definite to-do on our adventure checklist and quite the experience! Definitely recommend it!
That tent thing you have is going to blow over with a strong wind.
Our rooftop tent has survived and got us through winds as high as 60mph. So many adventures!
Can't hear you! Too much background noise.
Yup! We need to invest in some mic's!
That's not the kind of coyote you should be worried about out there.
