Jockey pump start at 7 Kg/cm2 and stop at 9 Kg/cm2. In short its maintain pressure 7 to 9 Kg/cm2.
*Current status*
- Pump takes 28 current in frequent of second during start up at 7 kg/cm2.
- Then load normalised around 18-20 after 2-3 sec.
- Same scenario happened two times. But when we are going to start 3rd time it takes 287 load and pump got tripped.
- We tried in Auto & Manual Mode but same scenario is happened.
- Motor replaced,but no any changes observed.
Pls do the needful.

Aap joki pump ki discharge line ka valve ko close kar de FIR observe Karen Agar joki pump Nahin chalta to iska matlab aap ka pressure switch theek hai aapke pipeline network Mein Kahin per Pani likh kar raha hai Jiski vajah se pressure drop ho raha hai aur joki pump us drop pressure ko maintain kar raha hai hope this answer help you
