Good animation fire scenario.The small glass bulb filled by glycerine with a small air bubble is heated by the fire and air expanding make it to blast thus allowing water to sprinkle and douse.Thanks

ITV shall be above ceiling and access will be provided to test and drain purpose. you will never see ITV externally in residential areas.

That’s horse shit , What about the stairwell area. Sectional valves and drain are almost always in the stairwells ESPECIALLY in residential areas. There is no reason to have them up in the ceiling like that other then having a jackass as a designer.

There is a valve for all the floors, you can close it from there. Simple as home tape. Or you can switch off the pump
