Hitman Blood Money: Special Rating "Russian Hare" in the "Curtains Down" mission

Special Rating "The Russian Hare" in the "Curtains Down" mission on difficulty "Pro" from legendary Hitman: Blood Money. I found that there is a lot of conflicting information on the Internet about getting special ratings and very few videos about them. I will try to get all the special ratings that I can find information about on the Internet.
The simplest of them is Russian Hare with a sniper rifle. I've tried it in different ways and I don't always get this rating. It seems to me that the main condition is the minimum amount of noise. But the first time I got this rating without any silencer at all, at times using snub nosed.

I think this is a reference to a WWII sniper. His surname is derived from the word "hare"
