Bogota is super developed at north side, in the south is the hard part, But just some parts of the south, anyway World is adavancing and advancing and this city is fixing it porblems more and more for any day, and today is way better, has second and first world parts
I totally agree with you that the world is advancing, and bogota is optimizing and improving rapidly! It may not seem like it day-to-day, but the results over time are astonishing!
