Madam, you have presented the matters pertaining to Will, its execution, circumstances under which it is executed and the role of Advocates, to present the matter in the court of law, with relevant legal sections and supreme court judgements. Indeed, I got enlightened over the subject from a legal luminary. I right now a student of law post retirement retirement as an Additional superintendent of police, from Tamil nadu police. Vivid explanation on the subject .Thank you madam. J.sivakumar
@beyond law CLC, Very insightful content you are delivering.. if possible kindly speak on Pathway to follow in the field of ADR .. to achieve international level career, building up an ADR private organisation, etc !!
A good piece of analysis of the enabling law and procedures in so far as it will certainly help the common person intending to go for writing a will or embroiled in a litigation to prove or disprove a will. Thanks May I also request to elaborate whether a medical certificate issued by a doctor Mr A to an Executor of a will can be proved before the Hon’ble Court by a witness Mr John Doe who is not concerned with the medical certificate in any manner whatsoever. To my mind, the doctor Mr A must be examined in chief to prove the medical certificate issued by him as per law. Am I right????
If we file suit for declaration of title based on the un registered will. Wheather all parties LRs needs to be added in the suit Or contesting party is enough. Pls help to clarify with some precedent

Section 59 ISA , capacity of a person writing the will.
Just because will is registered it doesn't dispense proof of the will.
