    Very informative lecture by sir.🙏🏻🙏🏻
    I have one disagreement: sir said the defence of being a bonafide purchaser is available in case of lis pendent transfer which in my knowledge is not available. Would be happy if sir clarifies the point

      It is true that defense of Bonafide purchaser is not available. But if property is included subsequently,it will not relate back to the date of suit. In between two dates if property was purchased,the theory of Bonafide purchaser can be taken
