I was in Norway doing my Erasmus in 2015 (was 20) when I discovered these boys. Still loving them after 10 goddamned fuckin years. And pissed AF for not yet seeing them.

i can NOT believe i only JUST noticed that the very first runthrough of the bass riff at the start, it sounds like Lukey (or whoever is playing it) hit a mad bum note, anyone else hear that? haha
Was listening to Aerosmith’s Toys in the Attic and it really reminded me of King Gizzard’s faster bluesy punky side in a way, very similar and I never noticed

Very late here, but in some parts of the song they purposely detune it for effect. This album hits different, brother.
@@adams2203 It is a microtonal guitar. They use 1/4 steps - over the years they've gotten better with it - or my ears got used to it!
